Susan Huffman established S. Huffman Associates in 1982 to assist private and public clients in market research for real estate, and policy analysis on urban development issues. The firm has expertise in market and demographic analysis, surveys of comparable projects and their users, and economic development planning. Other work includes studies for public and non-profit clients on urban policy analysis, retail issues, community and economic development, and neighborhood revitalization policies. The firm has worked throughout the Middle Atlantic, and as far north as New York State. Ms. Huffman is directly responsible for all work undertaken by her company.
